  • Go and have a test with a Dr.

  • sound right... it is easier to get a pos in the morning. It is nearly impossible to have a false pos while a false neg is very common.

  • Go ahead and make your OB appointment for a few weeks from now.

It sounds like your levels weren't high enough at night, but morning urine is more concentrated and can be picked up earlier on a HPT.

  • What KateDinVA said.

False negatives are common and false positives are very rare. Congrats!

  • because HCG levels are higher in the morning with your first pee.... congrats your pregnant.

Answer by daughteroftruth at 9:27 PM on Jun. 7, 2011

  • you have high HCG levels in the morning,
and any + means your pregnant.. so congrats.
(when it says positive there is no error, the only errors are with negatives because your HCG levels may not be high enough at the time you tested).

  • buy a 3rd! 2 outta 3 aint bad lol :) Just disrespect meant. I would go to the doctors and get blood drawn and explain whats going on. Thats the best way to handle it....thats what I would do.

  • I got a bunch of positives at home and a negative at the Dr.. Wait a few days to go in, the doctor's office needs an HCG level of 50, home tests can detect a lot earlier. I am pregnant, btw. We got blood tests to confirm it, it was just too early at the doctor's office. Sounds like you're pregnant too. Congrats!

  • After taking two test i would call my doctor to confirm what the right outcome is because a blood test never lies.
