  • Make sure you are drinking a lot of water, lay on your left side, try to relax as much as possible. Lol. I know how that sounds.

  • Take it easy. It could be a tear in your abdominal muscles, or just your innards stretching out.

  • in 10 weeks you'll be looking back on 24 weeks with a longing sadness... you have a long way to go before you deliver... sorry:(

If baby is sitting low you could try putting your knees on the couch, hands on the ground (so butt is elevated in the air) and hold the position while tilting your pelvis gently towards the ground to try to lift baby off of your pelvis. This offers a little relief for a night or so... I had to do this a lot thru my second pregnancy.

also, try taking a bath, going for a walk in an airconditioned place, or just lying on the floor stretching out your arms to your side and rocking your bent legs back and forth (to try to stretch your lower back). good luck!!

  • Unfortunately, that's just part of pregnancy. You're going to be uncomfortable until that kid's 18.

  • sorry- I didn't read about the stomach cramping... they could be braxton hicks contractions or ligament stretching. drink water and take it easy:)

  • The tightness in your tummy is braxton hicks more than likely. And im sorry to say your just going to be getting more and more uncomfortable SORRY

  • Not too much you can do it is all part of pregnancy. Just hang in there and it will go by faster than you think.
