Promises of God

I recently went to a Women of Faith conference and Shelia walsh,a speaker said there was 3000 promises in the Bible,I would like to find them and study them. maybe start a group over this Bible study, Robin

  • I can't think of them exactly off the top of my head. I am not Chrisitan but I was raised that way. I think one is "I will never leave you" or something like that

  • Here are a few from, and has a more study-friendly version than just a list.

    (Note: I haven't personally vetted all of these from this site. When you do a Bible study on them, read the promise, and read the verses around it. Who is speaking? Who are they speaking to? Is this actually a promise made BY God TO us? There are some promises that are very specific in duration or audience. They are useful for studying, but not every promise in the Bible is meant for the current Christian).

    God Promises You Everlasting Life
