Answer to Anon's question that is now closed.....HomeSchooling Special Needs

You asked me to provide you with info, but closed to question out :( Here is a couple links about homeschooling a child with an IEP and still receiving services....

http://www.connectionsacademy.com/indiana-school/FAQs/home.aspx - Services are provided virtually.

http://www.homeschoolacademy.com/homeschool-learning-programs/learning-disabilities/

These are just two examples. I can't find exactly what I found before because I don't remember the search I did. Just go on Yahoo or Google and search your heart out. I searched Public Home School Programs for both of these links. Went on their site and searched for IEP or Special Education.
I also looked into my son doing a private school one year and in order to receive his IEP services, the private school would send him across the street to the public school for it. You may be able to arrange something like that too! Good luck :)

  • Thanks for posting! It wasn't my question, but I am also planning to homeschool a special needs child.
