  • pilates and yoga are great and fun but didn't do alot to the appearance of my body. but i've done some of the billy blanks work outs, and theres a set of 4 that are called billy bootcamp, and by doing a half hour a day, within a month i was showing extreme noticable differences. But its gotta be something you'll enjoy doing so you don't get burnt out and quit. maybe try changing it up every few days so it's not so boring and predictable
