  • If you don't have regular cycles, it can be a sign of PCOS. There are health risks associated with PCOS and non-hormonal ways to treat it. You need to follow up with a gyn and get to the bottom of why you're not having normal cycles.

  • Beets. About three cups of beets and juice a day.
A footbath in hot water is said to help.
Add 1 Tablespoon basil to a cup of boiling water. Let it steep for five minutes. Strain and drink.
In a circular motion, massage the outer and inner ankle of each foot and the outer and inner wrist on each hand. if there are any tender spots when you rub those areas you're in the right place. Keep massaging until the tenderness is gone. should start in a day or two.
Ginger tea. place four or five quarter sized pieces of fresh ginger in a cup of boiling hot water and steep for ten minutes. Drink three or four cups throughout the day. Bonus it helps relieve cramps.
