  • I'm not sure how home remedy you are looking for, but if you do not want to use febreeze, you can use baking soda. Sprinkle it on, under the cushions and in all the little areas and wait for an hour. Vacuum and your couch should smell much better. They also have carpet sprinkles made by arm & hammer, there are different ones and if they don't have the smoke one, the pet one is what I would use.
