Fun summer games/activities to do inside?

with the temperatures reaching over 100 degrees where we live it seems impossible to even be outside i was wondering if anyone had a fun way to act like we are outside? my kids love being outside but it's just to much and i wanted to bring the fun inside.Any ideas?

  • I live in FLA and it can get hot like fire here as well. What I love to do with my son is watch movies, paint, bake cupcakes and make arts and crafts. We usually go to Redbox where the movies are a $$$ 1.00 a day and that is a very cheap way to keep them entertained.

  • I live in Az. We will play games like Rummy k , Aggravation, uno we also Karako and make up our own little stories like I'll start it off by saying we were walking into the ice cream shop and behind the counter jump out a. I stop and one of my kids continues. And so on we started out in a ice cream shop and the story could end on a beach.
