Eating Hamburger During Pregnancy?

When eating hamburger during pregnancy, if I order well done at a resturant to go and when I get it home it was slightly not as hot but still well done can food bacteria like listeria or samonella come back because it got cold, or is it if it's once cooked it's killed them already?

  • Just don't leave it out too long before you eat it. I think the rule is once cooked after two hours it should be refrigerated.

  • you can't listeria from hamburger. you can get salmonella if you let it sit out too long. if its undercooked you might get e.coli.
