How can I help the back pain I am starting to get?

I am 11 weeks prego and I have had lower back pain since I fell out of a tree when I was younger and landed on the root of the tree sprouting out. Question, what can I do as I become more and more prego to eliminate the pain and soothe it.

  • Regular chiropractor treatments, as well as massage once you're past the first trimester.
