Have you been successful at loosing weight this year?

I still have loads of exercise to do. I haven't been consistent.

  • Yes, about 25 lbs this year, 60+ since I started in Feb 2010. You can do it!! You need to find a way to break through those times when you lose your motivation. We ALL have them, but getting through them without getting totally derailed is a huge part of successful weight loss (and keeping it off). Feel free to PM me if you want some help! I've been eating clean and running to lose weight, and it's been slowly coming off, and it's working well for me.

  • I have lost 20 pds and a lot of inches so far. I started in January, but wasn't putting much effort in. by end of March I had become more active and still am. I try to work out at least 3 times a week. I also have started eating right and have cut a lot out of my diet. I would like to lose 20 more.

  • Well, I set out to lose weight this year, but SUPRISE I have this belly that just keeps growing and growing, lol. When I set my goal to lose a little more weight for summer, I of course got pregnant :)

  • nope....not really....people tell me i have lost weight, but i can't see it or feel it. i think they are just trying to encourage me.

  • No (as I am eating bacon and pancakes) I have not been consistent I get motivated, get started and then something happens (sick kids, sick me, sick husband) that gets me off track and makes it hard to start again. I need motivation and inspiration.
