Heating breastmilk?

Do you warm up breastmilk or take it out about an hour before the feeding and let it come to room temp?

  • I fill up the kitchen sink a little with hot (not boiling) water and let the bottle sit in the water for about 10 minutes. I always test the milk on my wrist first.

  • I let it come to room temp then warmed it in a cup over very warm water (in the bag of course lol).
