  • I am assuming family of four?

break sausage pattie sup into small bits and cook through, set aside, the saute the onions, and tomatoes until soft, now add back the sausage patties, in a a separate pan scrabble the 3 eggs and then add to the mix. spoon onto tortillas and serve. If you have cheese somewhere that would be good to.

tortillas, mix salt, flour and water to make a dough. separate into small ball size bits and press between two plates to make a tortilla then cook on a dry skillet you will need to flip at least once to get both sides.

    Carrot sticks on the side!

  • you can start off with a sweet potatoe salad, i havent tried this recipe though so idk if its good:

2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
    1/2 Vidalia onion, finely chopped
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons orange juice
    1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Add the sweet potatoes to a large pot of cold salted water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain the potatoes and let cool in a colander.

Once the potatoes are cool, transfer to a large serving bowl and add the onion, mayonnaise, orange juice, smoked paprika, cumin and salt and pepper, to taste
