I was told i couldn't be hired since they had to renew the internal contract

does that mean they had to reorganize how the job was set up?
or what does that mean?

  • Sounds like the contract is up for recompete and they may have been told they aren't invited, or they fear they will not win.

  • No. It's not you at all. It is definitely internal. I did not have my contract renewed for that very reason.
