uhhg thinking bout dieting have never dieted but i feel fat as a late.. should i?

whats a good one?? any suggestions?

  • if you are on a strict workout regimen it can work. some gyms will give one free eval. with a trainer if that's what you are going for. alot of people say to cut out soda or high sugar food/drinks. sleeping 8 hours a night works too. It's scientifically proven that there's a chemical that reduces hunger cravings with at least 8 hours of consistent sleep. not 100% sure on all the details of that one though. plus what parent actually gets that much sleep?

  • There's not really a diet that works but more of a life style change. Consider going vegetarian or vegan...It will help A lot..
