  • I would rather change my own tire. Those trucks can end up taking forever!

  • I don't have roadside assistance so I'd do it myself. It's really not that big a deal to do it, it doesn't take long.

  • Depends on where I am at. If its on the city roads I will attempt it myself but if I am on the highway/freeway or its dark outside I would call the service truck.

  • I have changed a tire on my own. But if I had roadside service, I would wait for them to come.

  • I have AAA, no need to do it myself. It's not safe to do those things on the side of the road anyway. They get paid to help, so why not let them... BTW, I do know how, but thankfully can afford not to.

  • I have AAA, so I would probably try them first. Sometimes they are backed up to the point to where it can take someone 2 hours to come, so if I can't get DH to come do it, or maybe his father, I might try it on my own. I've never changed a tire before, but I'm smart enough to know how to do it......not exactly rocket science.
