  • Should be eating a minimum of 32 oz in a 24 hour period - whether it's 4 oz 8 times a day, 6 oz 6 times a day, whatever. All babies are different but there is a basic minimum.

  • My daughter was drinking 24 ounces of formula at 6 months and her ped says that was fine. From what I'm reading there is a range from 24-32 ounces for formula/breastmilk. I started solids at that point once/day and gradually worked up to 3 times a day over 3-4 weeks, at traditional "meal" times after a bottle.
