  • My one Mt. Dew a day and I try not to sit down very often. If I am up moving, I am ok. Only one of my three kids sleep well and I guess over time, I am just used to very few hours of sleep!

  • I seem to have more energy if I have a schedule and stick to it. If I have a plan - I am going to do this, this and this and give myself a half hour so so for each it helps a lot. If I do not have a plan I am more likely to sit around and be tired.

  • Music. Honestly - if I'm home I'll turn up the stereo and it just immediately puts me in a better mood and I can manage to clean, cook, do laundry and play with my kids at pretty much the same time. If I'm at work I put on my iPod or listen to the music on my computer.
