  • I have a hashbrown casserole recipe
I use the cubed frozen hasbrowns, a thing of sour cream, 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese, can of cream of chicken, pinch of salt. mix it all together and top with crunched up corn flakes. heat oven to 350 and cook 30-45 mins.

I always thaw out the potatoes so they cook faster.

  • I shred my own potatoes on a cheese grater. I melt a couple of tablespoons of bacon fat in a pan, toss the potatoes in and let them sit on med heat for 5 minutes. I carefully cut them into wedges and then flip them. I add more fat as I go. I season with a garlic powder, salt, paprika, onion powder mixture.
