Castor Oil

Can rubbing Castor oil on your belly induce labor? No negative responses, I DO NOT WANT TO INGEST IT. I just read if you put a thick layer on your belly, and put a warm compress on it, it can start contractions.

  • Yes, many women do this, I have, BTDT.

Why don't you want to ingest it?

If you're trying to force labor you are trying to force labor...

  • No~ it did not.
I had been trying a lot of things to avoid a medical induction for PROM. That was one of many attempts.
(*Always attended by a professional, of course.)

Since then I have learned that babies are inside for a very important reason.
We are still pregnant for a very important reason.
It's really important to put this as the priority when we value health & safety as the priority.
