  • Lord I wish. Today was the first day we didnt have to get up early and my dd got up at 6am to ask me to turn down the a/c then she was just up LOL! Now I know in a week or two she will start sleeping in, which for her will be around 8-9 am. My 11 yr old can sleep until around 11am.

  • My kids are up by 5:30, even my late sleeper is up no later then 6:30. We are just early risers in our house.

  • I wish they would sleep in, just a little on days when I don't have to work. But nope about 7:00am is the latest I get ever.

  • My 11 and 13 yo's don't, they're almost always up by 8. My 9 yo does and if she's not up by 9:30 I wake her up. My 2 yo and 11 month old don't sleep in!

  • my girls ages 9,7, and 6 do to bed at 8 for school and summer time at 9 unless something special is going on. Then they will sleep till about 8am-9am in the morning. So it works for me.

  • My kids don't know the meaning of "sleep in". they are up between 6-7am every day all year long. As long as they don't wake me up I don't care. They know how to get their own cereal and watch TV in the morning. They've been getting up on their own since they were 3/4 years old and getting their own cereal since the oldest was 5/6 (she's 11 now).

  • Sometimes! If he does I see no reason to wake him, they are asleep for a reason, they are tired.

  • my oldest is 7, so they are all pretty eager to wake up and play. They usually get up at 7am, but when they go through growth spurts, sick or are just extra tiered, then they sleep in.
