How to reduce bloating

lately I have been so bloated it hurts. I feel 9 months pregnant and I'm far from being pregnant. It is not a "monthly" thing is is related to my Arthritis and when I have flare ups my belly bloats up and legs get heavy.
So what can I do to reduce the pressure and release so of this water?

  • yes I have been trying like today I have been craving Mcdonalds but avoided it because I don't want to make the bloating worse

  • the other answer said what else I was going to suggest besides watching sodium intake. Black coffee or mint are also diuretics. they also make herbal pills that you can find at vitamin stores.
