Back pain

I had my baby 6 days ago and it feels like they are doing the thing they did to my back to make me numb. I have no clue what it is called.. but it feels like someone is in my spine with a needle.. anyone know what this is? Does it go away? Did I do something wrong?

  • Common *adverse* reaction to an epi... one of the things they don't tell you. Google it. I'm so sorry for you, most of the time it will go away on it's own, sometimes it doesn't.

  • They probably got a little off with the epidural. I had a problem after one of mine too. It went away on it's own after a while. I took pain meds for a few days, and went to the chiropractor as soon as I was feeling healed enough from the birth.
