How Do U Deal With Cramps???

  • One caffeine pill (I think they're 200mg) + 2 Tylenol. That is the only thing that works for me. Must be both; taking them separately does no good.

  • If you mean menstrual, then you need to pre-medicate for a few days beforehand so that they aren't so bad.

  • I rarely suffer from menstrual cramps but when I do, I take a magnesium supplement and it works better than any pain reliever out there. Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxant ... and it will also cut your cravings for chocolate during that time of the month.
