Do you still wear heels?

I'm 28 wks. and still manage to wear heels. I'm just now starting to wear flats more often, but I hate them! My husband is 6' tall and I'm tiny, so I feel like a midget when I'm not wearing heels when I'm out with him. Do you still wear heels?

  • I did in the beginning of my pregnancy...probably till about week 20 or so. Then I just got annoyed with them and switches to flats, haha.

  • I think most women don't continue to wear heels as they get further along because of the whole center of gravity thing. Can you pick up some wedges or platforms? Something with a wider base so you have better balance? The last thing you want is to be 8 months pregnant with a broken ankle from falling of skiny heels. I wore heels through both my pregnancies but made sure I wore platforms or wedges towards the end.

  • I do have some high heel boots I wear but I'm mostly into wedges and platforms. I'm only 2 months right now, but wore them throughout my entire pregnancy with my first.

  • Nope it isn't possible. I am so swollen I had to buy shoes that I could just slip my feet into and sometimes I still feel like they are tight after a day at work. I am also so big that I can't bend over and put anything on like heels or even tennis shoes.
