ok so im almst 19weeks and work in retail for wal mart ..i was wondering wat sorts of work restrictions you have been put on like weight limits , how long you should be on your feet, how many hrs a day yyou should work, i mean jst everything and anything. the reason im asking is because wal mart puts you to the limit everyday you go to work, and i was talking to a friend who is a dept mnger and she told me that it would prob b a good idea to get this info from my doc and ask her to b very detailed about it because she went into labor 2mnths early because of her employers pushing too hard...any suggestions???

  • If you're low risk, there really aren't restrictions, you can pretty much do anything you're comfortable doing. Lots of women lift heavy things, work out heavily, spend hours on their feet, and go full term before they have their babies.

If you're really worried about it, talk to your doctor.

  • The only real restriction i know is now heavy lifting. Right now I'm at the same point and have cut back to nine hour days instead of 14 to help me from getting so sick. You may want to take a couple extra breaks to sit down if possible and to eat, but really you should ask yourr doctor
