If I don't have implantation bleeding, does that mean I am not pregnant?

I have read a lot about implantation bleeding, and I have never been through this before, if I do not bleed does that mean I am not pregnant. Why does implantation bleeding occur and how can I tell the difference between it and my period. When would I start to show symptoms, if my period does not arrive?

  • No. SOme women dont notice it at all because it is minor for them, others do notice. Its a case by case basis. I only noticed implantation bleeding with 2 out of 5 of my pregnancies.

  • I'm 33 weeks along with my 1st pregnancy and had no implantation bleeding. I do remember implantation cramps waking me up at night - but no bleeding for me.
