  • I work in a daycare and calming music, routine, and patting your childs back til they doze off really does work. It may take a few tries, but consistancy is key... Good Luck

  • What we do with our twins is as soon as we hear them talking or playing during nap and bedtime we walk in and with a calm voice say 'time for bed'....depending on the kid (one of mine likes to be on her belly to sleep the other moves around so much it doesn't matter) tell them to turn over and showing them flipping our hand over (just showing turning over) anyway...then we leave. We used to turn on the tv on a timer...we used to have a fan on....we don't do any of it. Dark silence...that's how mine sleep...change it up with what works for you
