  • no. but with my second DH and I didn't come up with a name until a few days before she was born. I spent a lot of time asking and reading questions about what names people "liked". DD was named Lily and I posted a question about that name. Someone's response was "NO!!!! NOT ANOTHER LILY NAME!!!" I don't know why but that really offended me (obviously, I still am talking about it...). oh well, not her kid:)

  • Some people get out right rude and disrespectful here and few know it so they hide there name as if it mattered.... so NO I would and will not be sharing or asking for suggestions. I want to enjoy naming our last child. PS if Lily was not an aunt I would pick that myself... pretty name.

  • No...I asked what people thought about me giving my little boy the name Sonny as a nickname (his name is Richard II and I don't like any of the nicknames that go with Richard) but I had already pretty much decided to give him that name...I don't think I would have changed it even if people didnt like it...I just liked hearing what other people thought
