  • I believe God would forgive the most wicked of sinners only if that sinner was truly sorry for what they had done and was truly trying to repent, not just put on a show and act like it. And lets be honest, if a person is that wicked what are the chance that they actually feel anykind of remorse for what they have done. Good Question though this used to haunt me until one day I thought about it this way.

  • Why what did you do? On the cross he forgave but the sinner still died. The only one to choose our afterlife is God and ourselves. And he does show how all can be forgiven. But there should be mortal consiquenses

  • I do. The apostle Paul called himself the "chief of sinners". He even persecuted the church, and was very good at it, before he became a follower of Christ. And then he went on to lead countless souls to Christ. Talk about a turn-around!

  • For people who make mistakes in the heat of the moment or who are driven to the edge, yes there is redemption. For people like Hitler, Manson, and Milosovic, no there is no redemption.
