  • I buy those frozen chicken breasts in a bag and there's 2 things I will do either place a few breasts in the crock with 2 cans of cream of chicken soup with 1 can milk add seasons of your choice. simmer all day and serve and at the last hour add rice or egg noodles, add more water if need be.
another chicken idea is to place chicken in crock with 1 quart chicken broth and dice up potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and add parsley cook all day the last hour add egg noodles if you choose too.

frozen meat can be cook from the frozen state just allow enough time to cook.

another easy one is a beef roast with an envelope of onion soup mix and a can of beer. break apart half way through cooking and serve on buns with chips...cook time 8 hours on low

  • White chicken chili.......... shredded/cubed chicken breasts, 4 can white beans (2 mashed, 2 whole), box chicken broth, bay leaf, salt/pepper, & italian seasoning. The next night I take the left overs and add a can of corn & black beans, a packet of taco seasoning, cilantro and lime juice. Then serve with sour cream, cheese, salsa, and tortilla chips as optional toppings for a taco soup.

  • anything really, once i chose a type of meat, then throughout the day i would think about what would go well together, after i got a few ingredients together, i would put them together and since a crock pot slow cooks, just about everything would work. Try chicken, beef or lamb with chinese greens, can of corn, and soy sauce. Little bit of water so it won't burn, serve with rice.
