Could this be a girls name too ?

I have loved the name Casyn before I even got pregnant again... and then of course when we heard we were having a boy, we knew we were going to use this name... well now that I am almost due... we know that it is definatly a girl ! lol..

I am really attached to the name Casyn... but I just dont know if I should name my little girl that name... What do you think ?

  • I think it's a very unisex name. If you love it, go for it.

  • I'm too conservative about names for that one; it just makes me think of milk protein ("casein.")

  • case-N .. sounds like mason ...

but I have a son named Carson... i didnt want to do the traditional spelling of cason because it is too similar

  • With the y it definitely looks more like a girls name than a boys name

  • to me it doesn't really sound like a name at all, therefore it's ok for either sex. i also think that it's way too close to your other kids' name...it would be confusing for me.
