  • Got to throw out the obvious CS. Lewis.

I also really like Leo Tolstoy.

  • If you are looking for novel-type books, Donna VanLiere, Richard Paul Evans, Nicholas Sparks, Debbie Macomber, Jason Wright, Emily Grayson. If you want more of a self-help book, Joyce Meyer. Joyce has a couple of novels as well.

  • I assume you are just looking for fiction... I know more about non fiction if you want to know what authors I like of those let me know but I will tell you my favorite fiction authors are Ted Dekker ( christian thriller/fantasy) Frank Peretti ( thriller/fantasty) and the Left Behind Series. There is another author I have heard of but not read the books. I will get back to you on that one. My Shelfari page is down so I cannot find which person it is.

  • I just finished Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers too. I loved it. Actually, it was the first time I read a Christian Fiction novel. I will definitely be reading more now.
