  • Just keep introducing it to him. He will take it eventually. There is no rush, just yet.

  • His pediatrician says I can introduce dilated juice or water to him but put in a sippy cup. I’m still giving him a bottle for his formula.

  • Use a soft spout one at first with only a very small amount of liquid in it. In fact, give him an empty one to play with.

  • My son wasn't interested in sippies until about 11 months. They don't NEED juice, so don't feel rushed. Also, my son hated the spout cups, but loved the ones with straws instead.

  • 7 months seems a little young to wean him off bottles, what's the rush?

  • I personally think that it's a little early. I would say that 12 months is a good start to transition to a sippy cup, but before then they just might not understand.
    Good luck to you!
