How do I make Hubby understand?

I've got that sleepy pregnant woman syndrome, I wake up, I'm good for all of 20 minutes and I want to go back to bed.
Heavy lifting is NOT okay.
Morning sickness happens at all times of the day
The smell of his cologne is too strong and Im hungry all the time.

He thinks I'm bullshitting.

  • Either look online and get some facts, or buy a book and show him. Guys can be so insensitive at times

  • I wish guys could become pregnant that way they could experience these things. Although my SO says he fully understands, sometimes I think he forgets. I walk extra slow now but not on purpose, I just cant help it. Get him a "father to be" book and have him read it. It will go over these things. It helped my SO understand these things.

  • I remeber those days...not fun ! It will pass soon. You let him know that pregnancy isnt easy and if he doesnt believe you then he should have thought about wanting another baby lol

    Pregnancy is one of the most wonderful times in your life, but it can really do a number on you. Your body is working very hard so you are tired the first and last trimesters. For some reason your sense of smell is super sensitive and odd things now make you sick.

  • sit him down and talk with him, make his watch some shows, read some books, hell if you have to get his mom or sister{ a close female relative ro friend thatis a momma too} to talk with him. i had to down right tie my husband down to make him listen and now he gets it and has done some great help more:) good luck!
