  • Just history now . Same as all the fuss about Wikileaks will be history in a few years time .

There are always lies, deceit and dirt to be found concealed under security classifications in both the corporate and government worlds .

Seek and you will find .

  • I DO! The main thing Ellsburg wanted to reavel with the Pentagon papers was that LBJ and others lied about our involvement in Vietnam. JFK planned to start withdrawing military from Vietnam, starting in early 1964 ....but as soon as he was assassinated, LBJ reversed the order and began heating up the war in SE Asia. THAT was the biggest reason the Pentagon Papers were so important and Daniel Ellsburg was risking his life and career by releasing them.He and the rest of us who knew that the war was unwinnable and a waste of our money and the loss of our military wanted to stop the war with these pieces of evidence. But LBJ drafted the first 150,000 men in Nov 1965 and from then on there were thousands more. WHAT a disaster.
