What kind of side items can you have with Tatter-tot casserole?

  • Salad? Cole slaw? Corn on the cob? Green Beans? Something to balance all those yummy carbs!!! :)

  • Corn or salad or even sliced fruit of some kind.

  • Steamed broccoli, asparagus, or steam then puree some cauliflower and mix it right into the casserole

  • Cut up carrots or sweet potatoes into "french frys" lightly toss in a small amount of olive oil, then spices or salt and pepper, bake at 350 until browned... you can turn them once when they start to brown so they brown on two sides or just lea e to brown on the one side... serve with homemade horseymayo or a light salad dressing for dipping...

  • I put veggies in mine so it's a full meal in one, we never have sides other than fruit.
