Calm down, it's really not that difficult. Do you have a broiler? If so, turn the oven on to that setting, put your steaks on a cookie type sheet, season and put it in there. When it starts to brown flip it over. If you don't have that type setting, turn your oven on about 350 or so, and again put them on a baking sheet, season and just wait until they are to your liking, keep checking on them. The easiest method, and of course the messiest, is to put them in a large frying pan with lid and just fry them over the burner. My husband does this and it's the best. Just be prepared for a mess. If you do it, don't turn the burner on too high and like I said, always be there where you can keep checking them. Good luck.
