  • Nope. Sounds like an unneeded expense. Are you expecting gifts??

  • No you don't receive gifts! You get together with family and you reveal the gender to everyone all at once.

  • Kylansmommy they are really neat! You invite family and have dinner, everyone guesses what they think the baby have the inside of the cake pink or blue and when u cut into it everyone finds out!

  • o i am so glad i am not alone!! my husband and i just announced ours on May 21 :) we hid all the ultrasound pictures, and video so our moms wouldnt find out. we had our parents over, and close friends, we cooked out, and then served cake afterwards. the cake was decorated with white icing with pink and blue foot prints all over it, and then when we cut the can we had the normal yellow cake stained with blue food coloring:) that was how we told every one..they all loved it :} ...and just for giggles i had a pin kshirt on and he had a blue shirt on hahaha
