  • No character rooms for us; they change favorites so often, we go with pastels (girl) and leave it at that.

  • We had a jungle themed nursery, and when my oldest got to be a toddler, he had a Thomas the Train room. Then when we moved here, I hired a muralist to completely do their rooms. My oldest has a space room and my youngest has a dinosaur room.

  • he went from nursery 'safari' to little boy-style 'outer space/astronomy'. he's designed it himself, except for the wall color, which was a deep blue from the previous owners.

  • He had Winnie the Pooh for his nursery, Tonka Trucks for his toddler room and now he has Spiderman.

  • she is 4.5 & has always had tinkerbell..
    when we got pregnant we wanted something that would be around for a while & she wouldnt grow out of it too quickly.
