I just wanted to get a break down of all of these terms. thanks.

  • Physical custody - where the child resides. can be joint or sole custody (full custody is same as sole)

    Legal custody determines who can make major decisions for the child such as educational, medical or religious. (this can be joint or sole)

    visitation is the the schedule the non-custodial parent has for visiting their child
