Douche? adult content

Do you douche? I was told before that it's not really healthy to do, but they also discussed it after I gave birth and said it would be a good idea. So what's the deal?

  • No I am surprised they said it would be good after birth, it kind of shoves all the bad stuff back up,,,did a doctor tell you this?

  • Did they tell you to douche or did they say to squirt that water on your private area to help get all the junk off of there? I know after I had my kids I took a squeeze bottle full of warm ater to help with the hurting but never inside. Douching is not good for you.

  • DO. NOT. DOUCHE. EVER. I think you are confusing the "sits bath" (mentioned above) which is squirting water in order to wash EXTERNALLY to keep your stitches clean.
