would you celebrate fathers day with a daddy to be or not?

  • Yes. There is still a baby and you are still parents. Just because it isn't born yet does not mean you are not parents.

  • Yes! My DH celebrated Mother's Day for me when I was pregnant with our first, so I did Father's Day for him that year too. It was too sweet- he wasn't used to being called Daddy, and he still gets so happy when we do Father's Day, 9 years later :)

  • Depends on the guy. My hubs was kind of freaked out about how becoming a parent was going to change everything, so that year I played it low with the "Hey you're a daddy! Daddy! DADDY!!!" thing.. :) But if he was comfortable and happy with it, yeah! Happy Father's Day!

  • No, but I wouldnt celebrate mothers day with a woman who is pregnant either. You haven't experience mother or father hood yet.
