How do you tone up that roll of fat at your panty line after having a baby?

I'm pretty small but I have a roll that stops at my panty line, how on earth do you get rid of that? I had my baby 6 weeks ago and need to get ready for vacation

  • P90x did some wonderous things for me. When is your vacation? Pilates is great for your core, and you can get a video for 10 bucks.

  • honestly depends on if you had c-section or natural. that roll of body fat takes sometime give your body time to heal. start out slow and work up to your workouts, Its been almost 2 years and I'm still working on that area.

  • 6 weeks is still not enough time to be healed, even if you feel physically like you are. Your body needs time.
