What do you do on low-energy days to help your energy level?

As Moms, we need alot of energy to keep going all the time.
Sometimes though,..we have a day when no matter how good our sleep was the night before, we just don't have much energy anyway.
Like me, today.
What works for you when you need a pick-me-up??
I'm dragging no matter what today & I take daily supplements.
I really don't want to feel this way-lethargic.

  • I sometimes find that if I do something really relaxing for just ten or fifteen minutes, it helps. Of course, whether or not you can manage that depends on how old your kids are.
