  • loose weight, eat less acidic type foods, eat less greasy foods, sleep with your head elevated, quit smoking, stop drinking booze, eat more fiber, drink more water.

  • Pepcid Complete is good for immediate relief. Zegrid works well for the first few weeks after taking it, but it came back with a vengeance after that. Prevacid works best for me. I take it for 2 weeks and don't have to take it again for about 6 months.

  • On the apple cider vinegar, previous post suggested,, I recommend going to a health food store and buy the Mothers Apple Cider Vinegar. You drink the vinegar 2T. diluted into a cup of water and 1/8 tsp baking soda,the baking soda make sit easier to drink,like a sparkling bubbly soda
