What's the earliest you went back to work full-time after you had a baby?

I've been working part-time at home since baby #2 was a week old and I think I am going to go back full-time next week (she will be 4 weeks old) since I pretty much run the office and I don't trust how the office is ran when I am not there. Also, how was it when you went back to work?

  • Honestly, I just could not go back. I know that is not possible for everyone and it has been hard for us financially.

  • My youngest at the time was 4 yo when I went back to work and that's the earliest I ever went back. I honestly don't know how working moms do it!
