  • Could it be reflux bothering you? It bothers me when I go to bed.

  • Are you having a snack right before bed? Stop eating at least a half hour before bed.
Are you going a long time between your last meal & bedtime? Eat a snack half an hour before going to bed.
What are you drinking between supper & bedtime? Try something different.

  • Oh - there might not be anything you can do either - some women get "morning sickness" at night - sounds like what you're experiencing. Some have it both, some never have it. But it really sounds like you're having morning sickness at night.

  • I had morning sickness all day but worse at night, I couldn't do anything to help it but if you talk to your doctor maybe they have a better idea from what you've tried. As for me nothing worked lol it sucked
