What can i do to gain energy in the first trimester of pregnancy?? i cant motivate.

  • even if you can't fall asleep...let your body rest. and put your feet up :) feet above your head level makes a big difference.

  • SLEEP!!!! haha!!! I was SOOO exhausted it was unreal. Just sleep when you can. seriously. it's the best for you. drink TONS of water too. take a walk.

  • Sleep and also take a really good vitamin and mineral complex. I personally recomend the Oligo Prenatal Multi from Melaleuca.

  • Ask your doctor to check your iron levels. I was anemic during both of my pregnancies, but once I started on the iron supplements, I wasn't nearly as tired all of the time.

  • Get eye drops. It sounds weird but it woke me up all the time and helped me to be more productive. My eyes burned and made me seem tired when in reality i wasnt.

  • nothing helped me.. the first trimester was always a pain between puking, cramping & being extra sleepy.

  • take Acid Folic ... and drink lots of water and juice !!!! try to eat healthy and sleep if you could cause i can't righ now :( Congrats bu the way

  • Energy shakes/smoothies (blueberries, honey, almond milk) and taking short 15 min naps followed by 15 min walk outside/fresh air.... Sound kookie, but it worked for me.. Good Luck!

  • Lol I wish i could sleep but like right now even though I'm exhausted I cant fall asleep :(
