What color would look best ?

I am trying to do a cheap makeover on my bedroom... I was lucky to find a quilt I love and that is VERY cheap :

But now I am unsure what color to paint the walls... We are going to get new bedroom furniture as well ( not sure what color or style yet ) ...

I like the blue colors in the quilt, but I am not sure if it would look right... i also like the goldish color in it ..and I have also thought of a deep tan-grey ( i have seen the color, but cant think of the name) ... however since alot of other rooms in our house is painted more neutral, i kind of wanted a little color in this room ( which is why I am drawn to the blue) ...

What do you think ?

  • It depends on how much natural light your room gets.  I would stay away from darker colours if it doesn't much.

Here is the clicky for you.

  • I'm just not seeing much blue in that. I'm stuck on a warm gold/brown for the room.

  • If your furniture is dark use light colors or the other way around.
